Pine Crest Health and Memory Care is a modern, state-of-the-art Care Center and Memory Care facility conveniently located in Merrill, Wisconsin on East 6th Street, between North Sales Street and North Memorial Drive. Our focus is providing you skilled nursing, short-term rehabilitation, and long-term care services in a compassionate, comfortable environment.
